For working out clothes there is a different set of problems. You need to test the function of the clothes. Pants that look opaque may turn transparent in glare lights or a top that looks good in the dressing room may start chafing once you start sweating.

We usually waste a lot of money buying gear that becomes un-wearable in the gym. So how should you select garments for the gym and working out?

Universally, everyone will tell you that read the label. Cotton should be avoided. Pros say that cotton retains moisture which leads to chafing. You need to buy wool or synthetic fibers –spandax and lycra. Once you have chosen cotton free clothes, check out the clothes in the dressing room.  

Wear the outfit and bend forward in front of the mirror, look through the legs – does the fabric on the butt turn see through, does the waist band come down, or the skirt’s hemline goes up too much.

Next make a deep lunge or squat.  Both the exercise will test the seams, fabric, and waistband.   If something about the clothes irritates you then once the sweating begins in the gym it will create bigger problems – something is too tight then takes a larger size or different design.

Do jumps, raise your arms and keep your knees to your chest. Try to deliberately rub your elbows with your waist an d your inner thighs against each other. Make sure the material doesn't irritate your skin.

The Breathe Easy your body temp should be high. If a bit elevated (though hopefully you're not sweating—that would be a dressing room faux pas). If you feel overheating  take a material that helps you breathe, you may want to find thinner or more breathable fabric.

Supreme is a brand of Louis Vuitton. Supreme is receiving a lot of hype. Just like any other street wear brand Supreme is one such brand. It began in 1994 and its patrons were mostly young adults and those that belong to the skateboarding community.

 Initial prices were very affordable for the various products that were being produced. But Supreme, the label does not go into mass produce the stuff, only limited quantity of each product is produced and the prices slowly started to rise to the level it is now.

Any new trend usually gets an impetus because of celebrities. People look up to them for style. Sometimes what you do not pay attention to makes it very desirable. Supreme became the standard of swag.  Like the hip hop culture became mainstream.

Traditionally men in public place do not wear shorts unless it is to the beach or tennis court. It is not considered appropriate. But the same pair of shorts has been introduced as summer shorts, in casual wear, with button down shirts.

Wearing shorts s now a part of main stream and many have adopted this outside the tennis court and outside the beach.

It was developed by the military in the 14^th century. It kept the soldiers cool in the tropical climate. These were initially called knee breeches or knee trousers and were later introduced in sports by the Americans. Somewhere along the line it was adopted as shorts and was strictly to be used by the boys. Throughout Europe and North America boys wore these shorts – then called ‘knickerbockers’, only when they reached puberty were they given trouser to wear. Many prep schools and urban public schools adopted it as standard uniform.

Pay attention to your physique. For slim legs, choose slim cut shorts that end above the knee. If you are short and chubby do not wear shorts. It will make you look shorter. If you want to wear them, try short shorts but make sure they are not too tight.

- Wear shorts with pride and confidence. Use classic patterns like checks, stripes, or solids.

- Wear shorts for very casual events like get together, and backyard barbecue. A

T-shirt, cargo shorts and flip flops will make you look like a college boy while Madras shorts, polo shirt, with loafers or boat shoes will make you look very debonair.

-if wearing white or light colored shorts wear grey, white or skin-toned underwear. Or the underwear will show through.

- Do not wear shorts with a sports coat, blazer or neckwear unless you are living in the Bermudas.

White T-shirts this summer

White tees never go out of fashion 24/7, twelve months a year. Men and women may choose white t-shirts which are not too tight and sheer. The white t-shirt can be worn in any season – plain, under a jacket etc.

Women can wear a V neck if they wish to wear necklaces. Some tend to wear white –Ts almost regularly that they start getting holes in them. Wearing a T-shirt that is not too tight and is also not completely boyish. 

The white-T shirt began as an American classic wardrobe. A perfect white-T is hard to find. It was a standard issue to Marlon Brando and James Dean. A white-t shirt with a V-neck. Just a few millimeters deep and it will look lasciviousness, if the thread count is less and you can see the nipple. There are five different styles to the white-T-shirt.

V-Neck t-shirt with a fairly shallow v-neck, slim cut and very light. Hundreds of washes later it still survives, people may not replace it. There is something very satisfying wearing a clingy white –T doing nothing but relaxing, cooking and everything you love doing.

The simple crewneck white-T is another t-shirt found in any store. It fits perfectly after the first wash it has a tapered fit you will feel comfortable wearing to a gym or restaurant.

T-shirts that are older get softer, and better. Some love that it is figure hugging and a little tight in the sleeves and is short enough to make you look taller.

Cotton Jersey T-shirt are a great fit and great fabric. While the Polo V-Neck is a preferred brand that is form fitting, not too long it is a perfect t-shirt. The logo is in an unusal place. 

There are many who prefer the tagless v-neck, 100 per cent cotton t-shirt. It can be found in many sizes and styles.

The Classic Crew Neck shirt with dri-fit absorbs sweat very well for eight hours. The t-shirt feels a part of the body. White t-shirts have sort of a James Dean appeal of being casual, cool and comfortable.

You will  regret owning these t-shirts even if slightly expensive it pulls together any outfit no matter what you are wearing. They will help elevate even a pair of jeans, skirts or fancy pants. There are t-shirt which feels fit and a tall person may like the T-shirt to hit below the waist. It has a sheer look, it is dressier and feminine.

Contemporary designers have re-imagined the classic trench – updating and reconfiguring the trench coat. Old School Denim Styles

There are many 70s and 80s style in denim that keeps showing up every now and then. These we all love to wear and show off from time to time.

 Fringe

'80s people always wanted to be at Woodstock. In the 21st century, we want to feel that we're in the '80s. It is a very simple and awesome fashion statement.

Culottes

Culottes are wide pants or skirts with a cut between. These have been in and out of fashion and are regarded as stylish, sophisticated and that they ooze with drama. 

Jumpsuits

This is a very 70s type of jumpsuit, has seen a revival in recent years. Fashion denim jumpsuits have not made it back completely.

 Distressed Denim Shirts

These are disheveled or distressed denim shirts. They have Strategically placed  rips and as always a loose fit, A 90s common shirt we all love. This is s '90s staple.

Geometric Shapes

In the 90s the geometric shaped tattoos were a rage. You can get the triangles on the denims now.

Glitter

Glitter is always regarded as a guilty pleasure, but shiny, glittery and sparkly jeans were regarded as cool in daytime and they flattered evenings for everyone. You can glam up your evening now with glitter jeans once again.

High-Waisted Jeans

It was the '70s had got the high-waisted jeans. You could pair them with your favorite t-shirt and look cool.

Studs

Studs looked glamorous and were a throw back from the badass days. Throw a light acid wash or you can tie-dye and get a chaotic look - blast from the past. 

Chambray

Chambray shirts have not disappeared they are still staple part of fashion. You can use them to layer or button them. They are still found in the closet a classy classic shirt.

Denim Jacket

Bought at a store it looked cool on you. Use the denim jacket and add character to the clothes you wear.

Bell-Bottoms

Do you need to have extra material at the end of the jeans close to the bottom; sure they make you look cool.

Cuffed Jeans

Don't be afraid to fold the jeans, it is the in thing. It does not matter if you are wearing boots, flats or heels. Cuffs can add character to a boring outfit.

Oversized Warmth

Oversized jackets look warm in winter they roomy and cozy. This vintage jacket looks so cozy and roomy.

Super Low Cut

Idolized because pop stars wore them way before we did. We all secretly love low waisted jeans. They're sexy and we want to wear them.  

Denim Pencil Skirts

The best way to look sexy is to wear a high-waisted denim pencil skirt, and to it add a t-shirt. 

Not all denim style can be resurrected and this is calamity. One such being the matching denim couples – it is a big no.
